Amendments after allowance

核准通知之後的修正（Amendments after allowance）

大概應有兩種情況：
1. PTO直接發出notice of allowance，此時修訂有以下限制
2. Office Action中伴隨著allowable的情況，這時就如一般修訂，將可核准範圍改寫成獨立項形式，其餘以附屬項形式提出，通常可順利核准！

在notice of allowance之後提出修訂，有以下筆記：
§1.312 Amendments after allowance.
No amendment may be made as a matter of right in an application after the mailing of the notice of allowance. Any amendment filed pursuant to this section must be filed before or with the payment of the issue fee, and may be entered on the recommendation of the primary examiner, approved by the Director, without withdrawing the application from issue.經收到PTO的核准通知（notice of allowance），之後繳費即領證，此時會改變權利範圍的修正不被允許，若在繳費領證前提出修正，這些修訂可能還是會被（primary examiner, director）同意

此時修訂應該包括相關說明（remarks）：
為何這些修正是需要的；
為何修改的範圍或是新增的範圍不會需要進一步的檢索或審查；
為何這些權利範圍是可核准的；
為何這些修正沒有在之前範圍中出現。

As to amendments affecting the disclosure, the scope of any claim, or that add a claim, the remarks accompanying the amendment must fully and clearly state the reasons on which reliance is placed to show:

(A) why the amendment is needed;
(B) why the proposed amended or new claims require no additional search or examination;
(C) why the claims are patentable; and
(D) why they were not presented earlier.

其他情況：
領證費繳費後，不可修正，如果提出修訂，也不會被接受
